The land contains an estimated 6.7 million cubic yards of recoverable granite rock. When
crushed the stone is used as a building material. A primary use is road
construction and repair. The land is owned by the County of Warren, New Jersey
and is located in White Township, Warren County, New Jersey, Block 32, Lot 17.
Initial bids for the land auction are due by January 21, 2020 no later than 4:00PM. Bids may
be delivered to the Warren County Purchasing Dept., CR 519, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
On January 22, 2020 bids will be opened and bidders will have the opportunity to increase their offer at the auction.
